Note: All services are based on the package discussed and may vary in delivery time or platform response.

4. 💳 Payments, Invoicing & Taxes

• All services are 100% prepaid, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Prices mentioned are exclusive of GST. Applicable taxes will be added.

• Accepted payment modes include UPI, Net Banking, Razorpay, Paytm, etc.

• No refund is applicable after the work has started.

• Late payment or dishonored payments may result in suspension of services.

5. 📦 Delivery Timelines

Service timelines are approximate and depend on:

• Response time from client and required documentation

• Platform approval (e.g., Amazon or Meesho may delay approvals due to internal policies)

6. 🚫 Service Cancellation & Termination

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services without prior notice if:

• You provide false or misleading information

• You fail to pay on time

• You misuse or threaten our team

• You violate any platform policies (e.g., Amazon’s T&C)

Clients may cancel services within 12 hours of payment for full refund (if work hasn’t started).

8. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Suspension of your account due to policy violations by you

• Platform changes, fee hikes, or documentation updates

• Client-side mistakes (wrong documents, late replies, etc.)

Our responsibility ends once the agreed-upon service is delivered.
