At NitinBansal.in, we offer digital services and documentation support for e-commerce sellers across India. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your digital services or physical deliverables (if applicable) will be delivered.
📦 1. Type of Deliverables
Our services include both digital and physical deliverables depending on the package selected:
Digital Deliverables: Account credentials, listing sheets, SEO content, A+ content, invoices, legal registration documents (e.g., GST, FSSAI, Trademark), strategy PDFs, etc.
Physical Deliverables (if any): Documents printed for legal work or product samples only on client request.
⏱️ 2. Delivery Timelines
We aim to deliver services within:
Digital Services: 3–7 business days after receiving all required inputs/documents from the client.
Legal Services (like GST, FSSAI, Trademark): 5–15 business days depending on government processing time.
Physical Dispatch (if applicable): Within 3–5 business days through reputed courier services.
❗Note: Timelines may vary based on service complexity or platform-specific delays (e.g., Amazon/Meesho approval wait).
📩 3. Mode of Delivery
Digital Files: Sent via email, Google Drive, or WhatsApp (as agreed).
Physical Documents: Shipped via India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, or equivalent courier partners (tracking details will be shared when applicable).
🚫 4. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused due to:
Incorrect or incomplete information shared by the client
Delay in government processing or platform approvals
Courier disruptions, natural calamities, or force majeure events
Delayed payment or pending documentation from the client
We do our best to notify you in case of any delay and provide revised timelines accordingly.
💵 5. Shipping Charges
Digital services have no shipping charges.
Physical dispatches, if applicable, may incur shipping charges depending on weight and location. This will be informed prior to dispatch.
Any reshipping due to wrong address provided by the client will be chargeable.
📍 6. Service Availability
We provide services across all regions in India. International delivery (for digital services only) can be arranged via email/cloud delivery depending on requirements.

If you fail to respond to requests for documents or information within 15 days of payment, your order may be marked as inactive and delivery will be paused. Reactivation may require additional processing time or fees.
