Refund Policy

At Nitin Bansal Web Services, we take pride in offering high-quality, customized web development and consulting solutions. Due to the nature of our work, which involves time-bound services, personalized development, and strategic planning, all sales are final and non-refundable.

🚫 No Refunds on Services

As our services are digital and tailored specifically to each client’s requirements, we do not offer refunds once a project or consultation has been initiated, agreed upon, or delivered in part or full.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

Website design and development projects
Mobile app development
Website management and maintenance services
Business or technical consultations
Digital deliverables or code deployments

✅ Exceptions

In exceptional cases where a refund request is reviewed and approved by our management team (at our sole discretion), the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 4–7 business days.

Approved exceptions may include:

Duplicate payments
Incorrect billing
Unfulfilled service initiation (where no work has started)
