โŒ Cancellation & Refund Policy

At NitinBansal.in, we aim to provide exceptional services to help you grow your e-commerce business. Since most of our offerings are digital, custom, and service-based in nature, we have a strict cancellation and refund policy to ensure fair use of our time and resources.


๐Ÿ“Œ 1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Service cancellations will only be accepted within 12 hours of placing the order and only if work has not been initiated.

  • Once the onboarding process or work has begun (like account setup, document filing, content writing, etc.), cancellation is not permitted.

  • For cancellation requests, please email: support@nitinbansal.in with your Order ID and Reason.


๐Ÿ’ธ 2. Refund Policy

We follow a strict no-refund policy under the following conditions:

  • Refund is not applicable once any part of the work has started or delivered.

  • Digital deliverables (listing files, account creation, A+ content, etc.) are non-refundable due to their customized nature.

  • Government filing fees (for GST, FSSAI, MSME, Trademark, etc.) are non-refundable once submitted to the respective authority.

  • No refund will be processed for service delay caused by lack of documentation or delayed response from the clientโ€™s side.


๐Ÿ” 3. Refunds in Special Cases

In very rare situations, we may issue a partial or full refund if:

  • We are unable to start your work within 7 business days due to internal issues.

  • Duplicate payment has been made (refund will be issued after proper verification).

  • Platform account creation gets permanently rejected and no alternate solution is possible (partial service fees may be retained).

All approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel your service under the following conditions:

  • If you provide false, misleading, or incomplete information

  • If you violate our terms of service or abuse our team

  • If your behavior is unprofessional, threatening, or violates ethical boundaries

In such cases, refunds may not be provided.
